o HS Codes should have an MFN duty Rate with no restrictions

- will be importing 2 items, but one will be made up entirely of originating materials (the other one will not be originating)

- can make the direct shipment dates

- CBSA Office: 417

- US Port of Exit Code: 123

- Buyer and Seller Addresses can be made up
