Objective: The objective of this assignment is to deepen students' understanding of project life cycle phases by analyzing real$-$world project examples. Through this assignment, students will identify and evaluate the key characteristics, activities, and deliverables associated with each phase of the project life cycle. $1.$ Selection of Project Examples: Choose three real$-$world projects from different industries such asconstruction, IT$,$ healthcare, manufacturing, or any other field of interest. Ensure that each selected project represents a distinct phase of the projectlife cycle $($e$.$g$.,$ initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, andclosure$)\mathrm{.}2.$ Project Analysis: For each selected project, analyze its entire life cycle, focusing on the following aspects: Project Initiation: Identify the factors that led to the initiation of the project, including the identification of needs, objectives, and stakeholders. Project Planning: Examine the planning phase, including the development of project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and communication strategies. Project Execution: Explore the execution phase, describing how the project plan is implemented, resources are mobilized, tasks are performed, and progress is monitored. Monitoring and Control: Investigate how project performance is monitored, deviations from the plan are identified, corrective actions are taken, and risks are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Project Closure: Evaluate the closure phase, including activities such as project handover, final documentation, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback.
