Part $1$: Swiss Cheese Analysis

Air France Flight $447$ was a scheduled international passenger flight from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil,

to Paris, France, which crashed on June $1,2009.$ The accident resulted in the deaths of all $228$

passengers and crew on board. Subsequent investigations revealed a complex chain of events

leading to the tragedy, involving technical failures and human factors.
