Identify key organizational challenges, focusing on aspects such as organizational structure effectiveness, change management initiatives, and fostering innovation and growth.
Explore motivation theories and performance management techniques.
Reflect on your own leadership style, considering your individual values, perceptions, and personality in relation to the organizations or national culture. Propose the leadership style you would adopt and explain your rationale.
