Objective: This assignment will give you some experience with file handling. After completing this assignment discuss the difficulties that you have faced related to the data management. Implement a console-based interface for managing the books in the library. You need to give the following functionalities to the user. 1.) Add a New Book : Keep the information of BookID, Book Title, Publisher, Author Name, Total Number of Copies and Number of copies available in some file. You need to take input Book Title, Publisher, Author Name and Total Number of Copies from the user. You need to manage the BookID such that it should be unique i.e. there should not be same book id's for the two books entries. Also, if you find that the book entry is already exist (i.e. if the combination of Book Title, Publisher and Author Name is already present), then instead of creating a new entry, the number of books should be added to the existing entry. 2.) Searching the Books: An interface should be there for searching a book based on the first (n) characters of the title. The search should be case insensitive and would return all the books having matched with the first n characters. After searching, it should give the listing of all the available matching books. The listing should have bookid, book title, publisher, author and available number of copies. 3.) Issuing a Book : A book which is having more than or equal to one copies available can be issued to the student. After issuing the book, the number of copies available should be one less than the previous one. 4.) Returning a Book: A student may return a book. As he returns, the available copies should be increased by one. The available number of copies can not exceed the total number of copies of the book.
