Objective: To create a Project Plan $($some text books refer to this as a Project Charter$)$ for a project that you identify within the Workplace OR Community. For successful projects, comprehensive planning can make all the difference. $$Project identity$-$ Revamping is seating areas at the university of technology, Jamaica. In order to achieve this objective, you are required to conduct the following activities.$$Conceptual Development $40$ marks$1.$ consider issues such as the problem the project is trying to fix$2.$ gather relevant information $3.$ ask yourselves the question Is there a more efficient solution to solve this problem? $4.$ Develop the Statement of Work $($SOW$)$ which is a detailed narrative description of the work required for the project. The SOW serves to give the project team guidance on work requirements as well as the results that are expected once the project is complete. At the end of this phase, the Project Overview, including the project history, a Project Name, the objectives of the project and the SOW should be complete.
