Objective: To develop a simple project plan using a desktop application. Use the software to characterize task sequences, resource assignments, and to determine the completion time and critical path. Instructions: You have been tasked with planning a project. The project relates to the following:

Organize a regional basketball tournament (note: you can switch the sport).

As the project manager you must:

1. Estimate the activities required to complete the project (your best guess). There should be at least 10 activities.
2. Estimate their duration in days and their precedence relationships. Activities should not be all in sequence. At least three activities must have 2+ direct predecessors. For the most part, activity durations should be different values.
3. See the table below as an example: activity C has 3 predecessors, activities M, O, and have two each, while F has three. While some duration values are repeated (1, 2, and 4), they are for the most part different. Your project plan should have several activities not in the critical path.
4. Establish resources (you and your team + external) and assign resources to activities

Develop a report with the following elements:

1. Short introduction.
2. Table with activities, durations, precedences, and resources.
3. A brief written analysis of the outputs/graphs which includes the estimated completion time of the project and the activities the project manager must focus on.
