How to think about the Strategy Triangle from a Job Strategy Context: (outline) a.) Goals: What is your job goal? (i.e. describe the job you want) b.) Product-Market Focus: Market: Which segments will you target for a job? Please use an appropriate segmentation approach. Product: What are the services you want to offer your target employers? c.) Value-Proposition: Why should an organization within your target market choose you over other qualified job candidates? What is your personal differentiator? This should be in terms of the BENEFITS to the employer, not in terms of service-features you will offer. d.) Core Activities: Of all the things you can do, what are the CRITICAL things you have to be exceptional at, to deliver on the value-proposition you are promising your target market?

Each element of your strategy fits that element's role within the strategy triangle framework. The strategy elements you have identified are aligned to each other and not in conflict. The strategy makes logical sense and is likely to optimize your job search outcome potential. Concise and articulates your strategy well.
