Objectives and Policies

Provide two annual objectives consistent with the strategy Expand current target market for delta airline. Include how the objective will be measured and two policies to achieve the objective. Refer to the Case Manual when writing the objectives. Please be sure it is only one page long. example:

Annual Objective	Measure	Policies
Renovate 20% aircraft fleet technology and interior within the next year.	Keeping a computerized tracking system to monitor where the aircraft is in the renovation process and how long it takes.	Each week, specific renovation goals are to be made. At the end of the week, progress should be logged and whether the weekly goal was met.
		Any employee with perfect attendance will receive a $1,000 bonus at the end of the year.
