Think of a proposal you previously worked on, or are currently engaged in, and using the principles and techniques from the textbook, Getting to Yes, and the video in the Learning Materials, propose or outline a new course of action, or strategy, to negotiate a "successful" outcome.

Your proposal, should be 500 words and include a minimum of two citations from the book or outside sources. Briefly outline the issue/project, identify the opposing parties and their position, state the new strategy and why (perhaps explaining what did not work previously and why) and include a brief conclusion. To get full points, use APA (7th ed.) formatted citations, and use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
