Often organizations commit to new initiatives only to have them land on the back burner when they cannot find the time to dedicate to these initiatives. To avoid this from happening, we can develop a "North Star" goal so that everyone in the organization sees where the company aspires to be and helps guide the organization. For this week's assignment, develop an appropriate "North Star" goal. Be sure also to include the steps you will need to take to achieve this goal.
