Often times managers and employees find themselves complaining about performance measures. It is often perceived as "busy work" or "data collecting" that goes nowhere. As you have all learned and will continue to learn throughout this semester, performance measurement has a major value to the organization when used correctly. For this discussion, please research a local municipality's performance measures and select $2-3$ measures that you feel could be improved with the information provided to you in this module. Also, describe how you change the measure to be more effective.
