For this assignment, you are an analyst recording an operation in its current state and utilize a PTS $($Preditermined Time System$)$ to support your findings. You will then create a proposed method using the techniques from the class discussions. This is a group assignment $($max $5$ students$)$ and your team can use the MTM$-2$ method, or a custom variation like AFTWAYS.

All groups will present their findings $($and sell their solutions$)$ on Week $13$ before final review.
