On April $12,2018,$ two black men, Rashon Nelson and Donte Robinson, met at a Philadelphia Starbucks and waited for their friend Andrew Yaffe, a white real estate developer with whom they planned to discuss business opportunities. While they waited, an employee asked if the two men needed assistance.
