Considering Chapters 6 & 7 in the textbook: Think about the issues associated with providing a safe workplace, specifically in the areas of workplace violence/sexual harassment, and integrate those concerns with the privacy issues and technical/cyber- related tools and methods discussed in the readings. In a paragraph or two, comment on the challenges you may face as a security manager balancing these interests... consider what the challenges are in using employee monitoring tools. (No external research or citing is required. Just in your own words) Think about these questions: What about laws affecting privacy? Can there be times in which you cannot or should not share certain information? If not legal restrictions, should certain policy restrictions be put in place to ensure employees feel that their privacy is respected... to avoid lawsuits or simply have a healthy and productive work environment?
