On LMS there is an excel file called Assignment3Q1.xls which gives the water surface elevation at set time increments for a 9 min record taken in the Swan River (near Como). Use this data set to perform either a down-crossing or an up-crossing analysis (you can choose, but clearly state which you are doing). Determine the average zero crossing period and significant wave height for the analysis approach you chose.
