On March 10^th, Audrey walked into Pauls Electronics in Queens, in a search of a virtual reality headset. Audrey told Paul that she was looking for a reasonably priced but high-quality headset preferably in a red color, to match her living room couch. Paul immediately said, Youve come to the right place. I have the perfect model for you! He handed Audrey a boxed headset saying, This is the best virtual reality set on the market. The battery lasts for at least 40 hours. The box cover featured a man wearing a red virtual reality headset. Audrey bought the set. As soon as Audrey left, Paul emailed John, his business partner. We finally got rid of that last virtual reality headset. Dont order any more. They are not selling well and their battery life is just a few hours. When Audrey opened the box, at home, she found that the set was yellow. Upon closer inspection, she saw the words YELLOW color headset were printed on the side of the box. She was disappointed with her purchase. Its quality, design and voice features were of inferior quality. Audrey also found that the battery could hold its charge for a maximum of six hours. Audrey believes that Paul deceived her as to the color, quality, and the battery life of the headset.
