On the street side of the property there is also a second building. It used to be used for storage but in 2022 Joshua decided he needed more income, so he has advertised it on Airbnb. Since April 2023 it has accommodated Jimmy, who has converted it into his art studio. Jimmy pays Joshua on a weekly basis and as it's through Airbnb, there's no need for any other documentation.

 

Jimmy learns about the sale to Michael and lodges a caveat in relation to his rental arrangement with Joshua. In the meantime, Michael has lodged an e- transfer for the property with him named as transferee with NSWLRS.
