Once you've loaded the University Database, use either the command line interface of MySQL or phpMyAdmin on dbdev to answer the following questions. For each question, include both the SQL query needed to answer the question and a screenshot or copy/paste of the result of the query. Note: if copy/pasting the output of MySQL into Microsoft Word, use the "Consolas" fixed-width font in Word for good column alignment, please. There are 4 questions. Each question is worth 10 points, for a total of 40 points. Partial credit will be awarded for queries and results that aren't completely correct. Find the ID and Name of each student who has taken at least one Comp. Sci. course. Make sure there are no duplicate students in the results. Find the ID and Name of each student who has NOT taken any course offered before 2018. For each department, find the maximum salary amount paid to any instructor in that department. You may assume that every department has at least one instructor. Return the results as two columns named "department name" and "maximum salary". Using the results of the query in Question 3, find the department with the lowest maximum salary. Return both the depart name and the amount of the minimum salary. Hint: consider placing your previous query in a "with" clause, and select from that.
