To answer the question well you need to consider what Self Determination Theory states motivates people and then decide if the JCM provides this. Describe Expectancy Theory making sure to include its components and their relationship to each other and to motivation. Content theories could provide useful information about one component in the model. What is the component? What information would the content theory provide?
