One other important point: when choosing objectives we must be reasonably certain that the selected behavior change objective is neither too easy nor too challenging for the participant to master. IF too easy, boredom is likely in the form of alck of attention to teh task. If it is too difficult, aggression or escape may reult. THe solution: if too easy, choose mre advanced or complex objectives; it oo complex, break the task down into its smaller components, then teach those esparately
