One reason to create reports is to share them with other users in print fashion, such as a PDF or PowerPoint. However, what often happens when you want to export a report to one of these file types?

Most reports lose the ability to have scroll$-$down pages when they are exported to PDFs$.$

You have to save your report as a Save As version, and you can only export that version.

You are only able to export your report one time, and to only one print type of either PDF or PowerPoint.

Most of the custom Power BI visuals that you use in reports do not survive the exporting process.
