One service that my practicum organization provides is the duty to enter a positive COVID test into a system for the county of El Paso, Texas that then gets handed over for the state of Texas to review. When entering positive COVID test results we do come across patients who have tested positive multiple times within three months. When entering this retest data into the system, I believe the intended audience's cultural values and practices are being served sufficiently as the epidemiologists aren't judging those who have had COVID multiple times. I have not seen any of the epidemiologists around me view the patients any less or judge them based on their results which is why I don't think there are any recommendations for improvement. 

Part 2: When discussing with my preceptor, how I plan to integrate the competency of planning, management, and implementation in public health into my practicum experience by continuing my practicum project in which we have a plan to go based on and when to have the project finished. We have also touched base on the management of my project and how I will take the lead and my preceptor will be there as a guide especially when formulating data on Excel since I am new to using Excel overall. Knowledge can be acquired through education and experience, Skills result from the repeated application of knowledge, and behaviors reflect how individuals perform in various contexts (Ford,2023). The implementation in public health will be by creating a data surveillance tool to track and analyze the city of El Paso's COVID and flu cases.
