Start with identifying three Positions, followed by three Interests and ending with identifying three Needs. Besides the Onion Analysis, you will provide your list of Positions, Interests and Needs. In the final section of this project, you will describe a list of steps that were taken by each side to address the needs of the other group. How did these steps build trust? Be specific and also explain how the concessions made by each party helped facilitate an end to the violence. To report your results, you will need to a Microsoft Word document that addresses all points of the assignment. Your report must be well written, grammatically strong, and a minimum of three pages, , with 12 point font. You do not need to include a but you will need a header with your name and title of your assignment. Something that is very important about this assignment is that I do not want you to make a judgment as to who you believe was in the right. That is not the point. Rather, the goal of this assignment is to help you understand the factors driving the conflict. You cannot solve a conflict until you understand the causes.
