You will then provide solutions and recommendations for your organization to overcome the issues. You will hand in an executive summary and a PowerPoint presentation that you would use to present your analysis and recommendation to your company. The purpose of this assignment is to exhibit your learning in the company, through issue analysis, and proposing your recommendations and implementation plans. B. Part 1: Executive Summary You will write a one-page executive summary to highlight the two issues chosen, provide your analysis of the issues, followed by possible solutions to each issue and then your recommendations. Your executive summary will have an introduction and conclusion. The purpose of the executive summary is to provide the essential details about each issue and then make a strong case for your recommendations. Assume that your executive summary is going to the leadership team of your company and you want them to proceed with your recommendations. This means that your executive summary needs to have a compelling argument and call to action. C. Part 2: PowerPoint Presentation The leadership team in your organization has received your executive summary and now wants you to present your ideas to them and give a presentation. You will create a PowerPoint presentation that will present your issues analysis, solutions and recommendations to the leadership team of the company you work for. 1. Possible solutions: The possible resolutions for the current issues are as stated below We could increase more servers as to minimize that waiting time in the queue. We could help them to take necessary comfort as they could be entertained during that time. Further, we could introduce online service and self service initiative that could also minimize such waiting time, they could perform their tasks at their discretionary. Staffs are required to have necessary training, so, they could speed up their work and they could be more comfortable for their work, here, we need to understand the training requirements of different staffs. . Recommendations: These issues are bringing dissatisfaction to various stakeholders or group of stakeholders. Here, we should keep our attention towards such issues and we should implement the necessary responses as stated, further we must review to understand what improvement that we have received and what are the new borne issues due to implementation of current level of solutions
