ASSIGNMENT:

1.Select a real-world client, which can be the leader of an organization or an individual.

2.Select an issue on which the client can write with authority.

3.Base the op-ed on a current topic or news article.

4.Select a news site to which the letter or op-ed will be submitted.

Writ e four hundred words on a topicon behalf of a person or person who represents an organization. Identify the news site on which the op-ed would appear.

OR

Writ e a response of four hundred words to a news article, identifying the article by date and headline.

GUIDELINES: ?Write the op-ed or letter as if you are the client and representing the client's point of view.

?Do not write from your perspective.

?You must research what the client has said or written on the issue.
