Background You have been tasked by your manager to evaluate the channels your business is currently using, and to recommend which are "the best" and which are "the worst". Channel Information Weight Column is the importance of each factor. The higher the weight, the more important the factor. The sum of the weight column must =1 (or 100% ) Ratings Column is the score given to each factor based on the information provided for each channel. Ratings are scored 1 to 4 ( 1 is low, 4 is high)
