$3.$ Sorts the elements in the array in descending order.

$4.$ Once all elements are sorted, implemented code to print all values of the array to

the screen in the format $$ a $[$i$]=,$ where i equals the value of the array index and

$$ represents the value stored in the associated element of the array.
