You will be submitting the follow Developmental Tools for your Random Number program. Extend Your Program

Extend your program by adding in a Try Catch block to catch potential program errors. Display an appropriate error message when errors occur.

Validate the input to ensure that the input is a number and that the number is within the range of $1$ through $100.$ Provide appropriate error messages for invalid input.

Be sure to include an OpenFileDialog for the user to use to open a file and a SaveAsDialog for the user to save the file.

Both problems $13$ and $14$ should be included into one C# program. Create a menu for both reading and writing functionality into this program. Do Not submit $2$ programs, integrate into one program.
