Your task is to develop a formula that returns the number of working days in a given month in 2021, accounting for national holidays. Cell B3 contains the year, and B4 contains a drop-down menu from which you can select the month. Column B also contains a list of holiday dates. You can assume default weekend days (Saturday and Sunday).

Develop a formula in cell B5 that returns the number of working days for the month specified in B4. Do not hard-code the month, year, and holidays in your formula.

When youre done, copy cell B1 and paste it into the Canvas answer field.
