Operation and Process Strategies:

Project Report

The project report has to be and not to exceed 10-15 pages excluding the appendix section.

Students can select from a variety of projects to work on. Some of the examples of projects to do are as follow:

  1. Select a topic from the suggested topics list in page (3) and relate it to project management.
  2. A project from your own work area, with actual data and actual facts.
  3. A project we know about and we can get related information from the internet or other sources; such as all the projects that took place after Katrina hurricane, or the projects related to Khalifa's tower in UAE or the project of installing the largest clock in Mecca, etc.
  4. A hypothetical project that we can imagine, such as establishing a subway system in Amman, or installing a cable cars facilities in Jordan, etc.

You can also select a project that actually finished, failed to finish or currently taking place.

Regardless of what project you select, you need to support it with full data you have learned in the course; for example, if the project is actual project you need to list all the financials and relevant data used to make decisions throughout the project. If the project was imaginary, then you have to make up this data, but you can't just put any values. You have, instead, to go to references or experts in this matter. These references or experts are to be listed with full contact information in the project.

In any step of the project, if you are in doubt of anything, feel free to contact me.
