Operations Leader Interview

• The assignment includes completion of an interview of an operations leader and delivery of paper from your interview.
• Operations Leader selection: o Seek out the identification of a leader who is responsible for the leadership of a manufacturing or service operation of any size and in any industry.
  • This person should be a people leader, so responsible for leading other employees o When ready, an interview discussion (s) should be scheduled with the operations leader to support the writing of this paper. o This assignment is intentionally at the end of the course, to support pulling what you have learned in this course all together for this final paper.
