Everything you wear, eat, sit on, use, read or knock about on the sports field comes to your courtesy of the operations managers who organized its creation and delivery. Every book you borrow from the library, every treatment you receive at the hospital, every service you expect in the shops and every lecture you attend at university - all have been created by operations. While the people who supervised their creation and delivery may not always be called operations managers, that is what they really are." Evaluate the Competitive Advantage (500 words- Justifying the competing strategy of the identified company) 6. By using Product Life Cycle (PLC) model, analyse any strategic product of the chosen company (500 words). 7. By using Product Life Cycle (PLC) model, identify operations management issues being faced by the organization (500 words). 8. Proposition of efficient and effective Solutions/ Recommendations to address the identified Issues/Challenges (500 words) 9. Conclusion (200 words).
