Critique on Mission and Vision (500 words-Assessment of Mission and Vision in accordance with their product offerings) 4. Examine the SWOT Analysis (500 words-Review of internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats) 5. Evaluate the Competitive Advantage (500 words- Justifying the competing strategy of the identified company) 6. By using Product Life Cycle (PLC) model, analyse any strategic product of the chosen company (500 words). 7. By using Product Life Cycle (PLC) model, identify operations management issues being faced by the organization (500 words). 8. Proposition of efficient and effective Solutions/ Recommendations to address the identified Issues/Challenges (500 words) 9. Conclusion (200 words).
