Option 1. Review the sample P&ID posted in this week's folder (drawing UFD- 826). Answer the following: . Which pieces of equipment are depicted there? How many pipes need to be connected to each of the Clean Steam Generators? What are their purpose (going to/from...), pipe sizes, insulation (if any)? To help you answer I can point out as an example that line description 0.5"- CHWS-316L_tubing-IC for one of the lines means "line of 0.5 inch diameter carrying chilled water supply, made of 316L tubing, insulated for cold service". Try to read that drawing and describe as much as you can the process depicted on that P&ID - which fluid streams enter which equipment, which streams leave it, which parameters are monitored etc. . Option 2. Select one of the sample design documents posted in this week's folder (equipment data sheet, piping spec, line list etc.) and discuss why this document is needed, who is going to use it and whether you feel all information included is really necessary or some can be omitted
