Order cannot exist with chaos and chaos cannot exist without order because each is the lens used to see the other. What I have found in the business world is that this type of balance really comes from the top down. I have been under some great CEOs in my day that are free thinkers... they aren't afraid of a little chaos and "work hard, play hard" mentality. The also, at the same time know how to give order and solid processes for their employee base. When upper management thinks this way, companies truly thrive!
