Use Slides and tools to create the organization chart and hierarchy of the Front Office team of a 5 star hotel.

The Front Office and the Housekeeping teams are departments under the larger Rooms division.
The Rooms division was headed by the Executive Assistant Manager - Rooms (EAM Rooms).
The EAM-Rooms is assisted by the Rooms division manager (RMD). The Rooms division manager is responsible for the Revenue and Operation of the Front Office department.
To do this, he/she was supported by the Front Office Manager and the Executive Housekeeping Manager.
The Front Office Manager had Assistant Front Office Managers, Assistant Managers Front Office, Reservations Manager, Chief Concierge, Bell Captain, Guest Services Manager & Manager - Communication center to assist with smooth operations and management of individual teams. The Assistant Front Office Managers reported to the
Front Office Manager & the Assistant Manager Front Office reported to the Assistant Front Office Managers.
The Assistant Manager Front Office or the Assistant Front Office Manager would play the role of the duty manager when the other is not available and reports to their superior who is available. If the Assistant Manager Front Office was on shift with no Assistant Front Office Managers, they would become the duty managers and report to the Front Office Manager or higher, whoever was available in that shift.
Sub departments in the front office such as reservations, concierge, VIP guest services, business centre etc have their individual managers and the operations are run by the Team Leaders of each of these departments.
The team leaders are assisted by Guest service officers.
The Bell Desk headed by the Bell Captain is supported by the Bellboys, Bellhops and porters. The Doormen play a significant role in the operations of the Bell desk and hence are considered part of the Bell Team.
