Learning Journal: As we dive deeper into the class discussions$/$exercises and chapter content, you should see meaning to the concepts that you are learning and how they can apply to gain true potential as students and as future business leaders. It is through reflection that shapes meaning and a true understanding of your learning.

This exercise has three components:

Section A: REVIEW: Explain a minimum of three key learnings from classes$/$chapter content $1-7($Minimum $75$ words$).$

Section B: APPLY: Take any of your key learnings from Section A and explain how it can be applied in the workplace and what effect it would have $($Minimum $75$ words, be specific$).$ To get full marks, refer back to the textbook or any outside material you are able to research.

Section C: REFLECT: Create a minimum of $3$ thought provoking questions you still have concerning the three key learnings. What is it that you still want to learn? You are not clear on$?$ Wondering about? as it relates to application to the work environment and your role as manager and$/$or employee.
