The Performance Results Description PRD allows individual team players and leaders to plot a path from the organizations mission, vision, values and goals, to their own measurable job objectives and deliverables. The PRD helps them discover and delineate individual job functions Key Result Areas but it definitively measures successful completion of those Key Result Areas KRAs through Performance Standards. This establishes clearcut individual responsibility and accountability to the team, department and the organization as well. It allows all team members to measure and monitor their personal performance on a daily basis and minimizes the need for traditional systems of measurement and discipline.
