Module 3: Goals & Objectives Exercise(40 pts)

Background: A client has contacted you to help advise on the creation and implementation of a written safety program for a new aerial lift or Manually Elevated Work Platform that will be purchased for maintenance personnel to use.

You are tasked with developing a draft of Goals and Objectives for implementation of the safety program.

Give adequate examples of objectives and how successful completion of each objective would be measured in a way that is consistent with the stages of maturity. These will be cross referenced by the stage of maturity of the program. Give only a maximum of 2 objectives per stage of maturity. ONLY 1 EXAMPLE IS REQUIRED.

Utilize the chart below to keep the exercise concise. The goal is to show that you can envision and write an objective and measure that are consistent with program maturity.
