Your proposal must include, but is not necessarily limited to the following key components, aligning with the unit learning outcomes:

1. Project Scope Statement:
   • As a team, clearly define the project objectives, deliverables, and boundaries. This section should reflect your understanding of the role of project managers in leading project delivery across sectors (ULO 1).
   • Identify the key milestones and any constraints or assumptions that will impact project delivery.
2. Project Organisation Structure:
   • Develop an organisational chart that outlines the roles and responsibilities of each team member within the project. Discuss how your team will effectively manage these roles (ULO 3).
   • Explain the reporting lines, decision-making hierarchy, and how responsibilities will be shared among team members.
3. Indigenous and other Key Stakeholder Engagement Strategies:
   • Identify the key stakeholders, especially indigenous community communities and members, and develop a collaborative strategy for engaging with each group. This section should incorporate governance strategies that ensure culturally sensitive decision-making, considering indigenous perspectives (ULO 5).
   • Outline how your team will ensure culturally appropriate formal and informal communication and consultation throughout the project.
4. Response to Unique Indigenous Aspects:
   • Address any unique cultural, social, or economic aspects of the indigenous community that will impact the project. Propose how your team will incorporate traditional knowledge, values, and practices into the project management process.
   • Select and justify the tools and techniques, including those from PMBOK, that are appropriate for addressing these unique aspects (ULO 4).
5. Essential Plan Elements:
   • Cost Management:As a team, develop a high-level budget that outlines the estimated costs for the project and includes a plan for monitoring and controlling costs.
   • Time Management:Create a high-level project timeline with key milestones and deliverables, demonstrating how your team will manage the project schedule.
   • Performance Management:Define the key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure project success and how your team will monitor and report on these KPIs. Investigate and pitch innovative tools and techniques to enhance project performance (ULO 2).
