Outline the selection protocol for the job description written for the Project on Jobs in Chapter 4. Refer to Chapter 7 Figure 1 and address Part A, Part B, and Part C. Develop a visual chart, as well as a description of the components of each step. Be specific in the requirements, including the following:

• Address what materials are required from candidates for the initial application.
• Identify the screening process for Part A.
• Describe all of the components of Part B, including the number of interview rounds, the anticipated length and who will conduct the interviews.
  • Personality and Intelligence assessments are not required for this project. Students who wish to include such assessments should speak with their instructor to ensure proper and legal application of such assessments.
• Identify all of the pre and post job offer inquiries for the job.
