Over my experience in this course, I found many important elements that I can bring into the working world. When working in to improve an organization's competitive advantage to create value for all stakeholders it is important to make sure that all aspects of the company go hand in hand with one another and allow congruity. In order to have a competitive advantage a company also needs to set itself apart and find its defining factor. This may be price, product, how they are targeting their demographic, and more. Something that I found incredibly useful and an important element to create competitive advantage and value is to create a culture within the company that individuals with the highest talent level want to work for. This can translate into customer benefit, because having happy workers means that your customers have better experiences (Mendez, 2021). Finding your niche can help attribute to successs to getting good at whatever the company specializes in will generate great success.
