Overarching critical challenge: Present a thoughtfully designed and impactful learning ortraining program curriculum proposal that responds to relevant and well-researched needs in aparticular community or context.The curriculum design proposal project should consist of a thorough learning or trainingprogram designed for an appropriate community or development context. This could be aTraining of Trainers program, a training program designed to promote capacity within a groupof staff, or a learning workshop designed for a particular context. It could also be a directtraining program aimed at a group of beneficiaries. Addressing drought through permacultureThese proposals might consist of interactive training or learning workshops, and the variouslearning, facilitation and/or training methods associated with the chosen topic. The curriculumshould be practical, respectful, appropriate, effective and innovative. Consider the variousframeworks, stances, methodologies and examples you have experienced and that we areexploring in class to support you in developing a training or learning program that meets thecriteria.The final curriculum proposals are due on June 17th, 2021, where you will share them in class.This will involve providing insight into your context, decision making, process and overallprogram. The projects will be evaluated on the depth of understanding context and therelevance of the learning you are proposing, the thoughtfulness of the overall design in learningor training methods and planning, ease of understanding, critical and anti-oppressiveapproaches, monitoring/evaluation, and evidence of critical, creative and collaborativethinking in the presentation method.Each Group Curriculum Design Project Outline (Maximum 3 pages)
