Instructions

1. Using the chart template provided in the assignment folder, identify one key position at each level of management and complete the chart:

   Top Managers
   Middle Managers
   First-Line Managers

2. NOTE: Describe one key position by specific job title, not by categories. There are dozens of types of managers and supervisors, for example, and the skills and competencies are quite different for each.
3. In a paragraph for each level, explain the importance of that level and how it contributes to the overall success of the business.
