The 2020 W-4 form is substantially different than the prior W-4 form that is discussed in your eText. You will notice that even the title of the form has changed from Employer's Allowance Certificate to Employer's Withholding Certificate. Being familiar with the new form is an integral part of a payroll professional's responsibility.
