- The article differentiates between vision, mission and goals stating the following:
"A vision states what the organization aspires to become in the future. A mission reflects the organization's past and present by stating why the organization exists and what role it plays in society. - Research the following topics:
- Creating a personal vision
- Creating a personal mission statement
- Creating S.M.A.R.T. goals
- In your PLC/e-Portfolio, you should include the following in either a single post (1) or three (3) individual posts:

- A personal mission statement summarizing what you are about. What role you and your career will play in society or community as you define it.
