P2: Activity 3: Develop communication plans

ACTIVITY:

Imagine you are working at Sales Company.

You are responsible for the implementation ofHubSpot CRM system (https://www.hubspot.com) in your company.

Please develop a communication plan for your co-workers.

Task 1:Prepare Key messages- whether for whole organisation, project or part of the company. Should be short, memorable and consistent. (minimum of 4)

Task 2:Identify audience segmentation/stakeholder mapping- who you are communicating with. You can do by segmenting the audiences.

Task 3:Define action plan (at least five actions of communication), time andresponsibilities - how, who and when will communicate any changes and updates.
