How much are you pacing ahead or behind last year?

Start by talking about total revenue, ADR, and room nights.

This will tell you how much you picked up last year $).$ Finally, add comments on potential tactics you could implement.

Pace Report$-$ When looking at the pace report, keep in mind the following:

$-$ Peak season is from January to April $($ it is now January $6)$

$-$ Booking Window is from $30$ to $45$ days out.

$-$ There was a group buyout$($the group bought all rooms therefore, there were no rooms available to transient$)$ in April. LY that is not coming back this April.
