Draw the cross functional process map for the process given below using one of the tools given in above The following steps are for marble production process which occurs at different section of the factory. Arrival, Inspection and Disposal Area 1-Raw materials placed on a pallet at the entrance are moved to selection area with a forklift. 2-At selection area the raw material is inspected. 3- If material is spoiled "damaged" it is moved to spoilage area then from spoilage area to outside of factory. Raw Material Preparation Area. 4- If raw material is good, then the length of raw material is checked 5- if it is in the right length it will be moved to multi dimensioning machine. 6-If not, the raw material will be moved to side cutting machine first then to multi dimensioning machine. 7- At multi dimensioning machine the raw material is checked for its thickness. 8-If it is more than 3 cm thick it goes to hortzontal cutting machine to decrease it thickness then to step 9. Product Processing Area 9- The one with right thickness moves directly to three headed or four headed honing machine. 10- After the honing machine the product goes to the head cutting machine. 11- After the head cutting machine, the products are moved to washing area to be washed 12-Then loaded to wheelbarrow to be moved to drying area for drying. Final Inspection and Packing Area 13-Products are moved to final selection area. In this area, products go through another inspection or selection operation. 14-The qualified ones are moved to packing area to be packaged then put in crates and become ready for sale.
