According to actual payback period, which was within or less than the expected period the project was indeed worth to be done. Net present value of the project after years was found to be positive, which then gave the project manager and the stakeholders a go ahead to accept the project. In short, the economic principles really helped in decision making.
EVALUATION OF PROJECT OUTCOMES: I was able to evaluate the project successful in terms of objectives, goals and results obtained. I found out that the project was successful, and goals were achieved at the end.
